Terran has cleaned for us several times and we are always satisfied. The work is done well and the cost is fair. Terran is responsive, polite and professional and was able to schedule our job when we needed it, which was very important to us. Call Terran if you need windows and screens cleaned.

Being in the Real Estate business requires you to have good and reliable vendors you can count on. I didn't have a windows person so I took a referral from a work colleague. From the day I called Terran to the day he did the work, he was attentive to my needs. He worked around his schedule to accommodate mine which was pretty last minute. Him and his son took the time and did my client's windows inside and out, top to bottom, screens and sills. I wondered how they were going to get to the hard to reach widows on the second floor but they did it! What a difference it made for my listing. The home sparkled even more after their careful attention. Their rates are very comparative with other companies and I called several. From the 4 places I called, Terran and only 1 other contacted me back. That was a huge issue too. Getting someone to answer the phone or call you back. Terran did both. I'm very happy with my choice to use him for our listing window cleaning and will definitely use him again. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We were expecting out of town guests for the Christmas and of course I'd waited til the last minute to get the windows cleaned. Found Crystal Clear thru a Google search, when I spoke to Terran and explained the situation, he graciously expedited an appointment for our home. He was able to get our windows cleaned before the arrival of our guests and the windows were literally crystal clear, we hadn't even realized how dirty they were until Terran cleaned. My lanai windows and sliding glass doors are awesome since Terran cleaned them. My ocean view from my high rise condo has been restore. There are no streaks, no drips nor spots. Terran was very nice and completed the job quickly and effortlessly. Mahalo! Cathy and Tom

Where do I begin? Well it's like this. My regular cleaner had kids to take care and could no longer do these cleaning jobs.... Another long story my friends. So in February, I started my search for a window / screen cleaner.... Truthfully, I didn't know where to begin so I turned to Yelp. AND am I glad that I did. In case you didn't know the Yelp site will send your request to all listed in whatever you are looking for. But Terran stood out; far from the madding crowd....(and no, I'm not a lemming). Why did he stand out? Because 1. While I live in town, it's an arduous task driving to my home 2. My home is 65 years old; upkept but old none the less 3. My home sits on a slop so to ladder my windows you'd better be darn skiiled. 4. My windows and screens were not cleaned for a LONG time.... I'm embarresed to say. 5. Terran drove to my home to give me the estimate (he did this in February of this year) He gave me the estimate and that was that. and now seven months later, I call him and politely explain that its been at least seven months and I wanted him to check his estimate. Well, the answer I got was "same price" and the rest is history. The job was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I know he took a long time and I'm not certain if that was what he expected. I won't be offended with an upcharge but guess what? No upcharge. Sparkling clean. The blinds were left raised so I got home to SPARKLING BRIGHT HOUSE!!!!! Thank you Terran! So I don't have to wait another gazillion months, I've asked Terran to put me an a bi annual schedule. How great is that???? Hey Yelpers! He's your guy!
